Step 1

  1. How can be my store NAME?

  • Your store name can reflect your brand or the products/services you offer. Ensure it's unique and memorable.

  1. What is Store Heading?

  • Store heading is a short phrase or title that describes your store’s purpose or highlights your offerings.

  1. What is Personalized Link?

  • A personalized link is a unique URL for your store, such as Onlin.in/yourstorename, making it easy for customers to find you online. It cannot be changed later.

  1. How do I write store description?

  • Write a clear and concise description that highlights your store's unique selling points, products/services, and what makes you stand out.

Step 2

  1. I don't have logo & Banner?

  • You can create a simple logo and banner using free tools like Canva or consult a graphic designer to design them for you. Dimensions are mentioned in the Step 2 of Edit Store Information in Onlin Dashboard.

  1. It is Showing Error when i click save after uploading logo?

  • Ensure the logo file format is supported (e.g., PNG, JPG) and within the size limit. Clear your browser cache and try again. Contact support if needed.

  1. My Phone number is only my WhatsApp number, Can I enter same number?

  • Yes, you can enter your WhatsApp number for your store's contact details.

  1. Why to Enter my address?

  • Provide your store’s address, including street, city, state, and postal code. This helps with localization and customer trust.

  1. What kind of Themes and Colours do onlin offer?

  • Onlin offers a variety of professional themes with customizable colours schemes to match your brand’s identity.

  1. Where Can I give Heading Line?

  • The heading line can be added in your store's banner or homepage section to attract attention and highlight your main offerings.
