Yes, you can easily upgrade your plan from the Onlin Dashboard whenever you need to unlock more features and expand your store’s capabilities.
What happens if I downgrade my plan?
When you downgrade, features beyond the new plan's limits will be disabled. However, no data will be lost, and your store's content remains intact.
Will I lose my data if I downgrade?
No, your data is safe even when downgrading. Any features beyond the new plan’s limits will be disabled, but no data will be deleted.
Do I get a refund if I downgrade?
Onlin does not offer refunds if you downgrade. The billing is annual, and your plan will be adjusted from the next renewal cycle.
